I have lost nearly a stone, 3 inches off my waiste, 3.5 off my stomach and 3.5 off my hips and bum!!!

Prior to starting the programme, I had never picked up weights, regularly exercised nor explored my relationship with food.

Now completed phase 1, I have a whole new outlook on health, fitness, food and how it impacts and improves daily life, especially energy and mood!

After gaining weight over the last 3 years and hitting 48 I convinced myself that my weight gain was an age thing and I was stuck with it as dieting alone wasn’t working at all.

Finally I decided to join the local gym and met a friend there who looked amazing and she told me about ART and how she was on the 12 week plan.

I decided to give it a go, and have to say I honestly didn’t expect it to work as well as it did, I have discovered I love weight training, I am addicted to logging all my food on the fitness pal app and the support from the team has been great.

I dread the photos every 2 weeks, but it definitely helps keep you on track knowing you have to submit all your measurements and progress pictures.

After 12 weeks I have lost 1.5 stone and 6 inches off my hips and my BMI has dropped from 26% to 22%, I am so impressed with the plan I have signed up for another 12 weeks as I am keen to see what else I can achieve, still can’t believe i have gone from a couch potato to 4 x week gym goer in such a short time and am so much happier with myself than I have been in years, thanks Olly and team.

I gave birth to our first child in November 2018 and as I adjusted to motherhood, I gained weight because of a poor diet and lack of training. I didn’t feel comfortable in my clothes and I disliked seeing photos of myself.

I avoided taking my son in the swimming pool as I didn’t want to be in a swimsuit!

My husband started working with Olly Foster so by following what he was doing, by default, I lost 8kg but as my weight lose plateaued, I decided to sign up to Olly’s programme myself.

The ART programme offered me the guidance, support and accountability I needed.

I loved the workouts – they were engaging, easy-to-follow and the difficulty level could be easily adjusted.

Having a clear workout with video guidance gave me the confidence to be back in the gym and be more efficient with my time there.

The diet information was clear, with suggested recipes. Olly was available to answer any questions, alongside access to the Facebook page.

I also found Olly’s Instagram account filled with lots of useful information.

During the 12 weeks I deviated from the programme several times but with Olly’s guidance I was able to continue towards my goals and get back on track.

Olly considered my personal circumstances as he guided me through the programme.

As I lost further weight and my body composition changed, I became more body confident again and found myself being comfortable in a bikini whilst on holiday.

I have just completed my 12 weeks on the ART program and what an experience it has been.  My initial thoughts were can I do this and after encouragement decided to give it a go.  As a weights novice, it has opened up a whole new world.

I don’t always get it right and have made mistakes along the way both with training and macros but as the weeks have progressed I have felt myself improve no end.  I have struggled with some of the training but I always give it a go and there is always an alternative.

The support from the program is a massive help and there is always someone there to answer any queries.  This has been the best thing I have ever done, so much so that I am continuing my journey.

This really is such an amazing programme and really easy to follow, you literally can’t fail.

“Just completed the first 12 weeks (for the second time).

I had a baby 4.5 months ago and after achieving amazing results the first time around, I knew that as soon as I was cleared for exercise post baby number 2 I would be straight back in to ART.

It can seem quite daunting initially, and if you’re a bit overwhelmed by all the info there’s the ART Facebook group and everyone’s so supportive and will help answer any questions, but they key is to prep meals at the start of the week and use the gym time to really push hard.

“Having allowed myself to get very out of shape after my 3rd child I was a little lost as to where to start to get back into exercise to lose weight.

“Before I started the 12-week ART program I was suffering with fatigue and burnout due to working 6 days a week; 2 of those days were as a massage therapist which was very physically demanding. I was having issues with my hands going numb when I was working and had pain in my arms. Having been to various doctors for tests I was told there wasn’t much anyone could do for me.

I took a break from my massage business and decided to make time in my week to get back into lifting weights as I felt it was important to build strength in my upper body to see if it would help. It was the best decision I ever made! Not only am I much stronger, I no longer suffer with numbness/tingling in my hands. I am more motivated, confident and best of all not fatigued!

I did this programme to feel better and build strength and with that comes fat loss and becoming more toned. I haven’t been perfect and for me this was always going to be about sustainability and balance. I have a very demanding job which means last minute travel, late nights working or entertaining with clients, etc so I haven’t been able to plan my meals every week and I had a few blips along the way. However, I always tried to focus on how I felt rather than just the results or how I looked and that was key for me.

If anyone is in doubt as to whether this is for them, I would say you shouldn’t have. I don’t think you’ll have any regrets. I have tried a few online programmes and ART is definitely the best one I have found as it’s empowering, makes you accountable and unlike many other programmes, gives you the tools and knowledge you need to progress further.

I am really looking forward to Phase 2.

“I had um’d and ah’d about doing the art program for a while before I purchased it, but so glad that I did.

When I started and took my before pics I was disgusted with how they looked, not to mention shocked, it had been a long time since I had had any pictures taken like these. I knew I had put weight on but not quite to that extent, but everyone has a starting point.

Now at the end of the 12 weeks I am really really happy with these results. I have lost 6% body fat and 6kg in weight, plus some inches. Fitting back into clothes that I was about ready to throw out and becoming a bit more confident has definitely been a highlight for me.

One of the things that kept me going was the fact that I was accountable to Olly and the emails from the team before my check ins really did ring true. Although I have got to say that the last 2 weeks were definitely the hardest for me, but so worth it.

“I came across Olly and his plan on instagram, and the genuine transformation pictures were my motivation to give it a go.

I’ve always been a keen gym go’er but I’ve never bothered tailoring my diet to suit my training, I’ve always been a “it’s ok I can eat this because I’ve been to gym” person.
The big change for me was the diet, without knowing I was heavy carb eater and the shift to drop this was tough but I loved all the food I was eating and was never hungry! I go away knowing how to fuel myself to suit my training and it definitely pays off.

“Following a long period of emotional turmoil and poor food choices I really needed to get some direction and focus back in my life.

I had looked at Action Reaction Training a number of times and for one reason or another, never got around to signing up. I finally did it in November and so wish I had done it sooner. I have loved EVERY single second of the programme and have learned so much about training, nutrition and myself.

Time under tension and the mind to muscle connection has been a revelation. The training is tough particularly towards the latter stages but it made me feel like I could accomplish anything, even with a couple of long term injuries to contend with.

I always thought I was a person who did much better when told what to eat and when. Turns out that’s not me at all. Initially, the idea of logging food seemed like a real chore but it’s so easy and takes no time at all. It’s also enlightening to see where you’re spending your calories.

The fortnightly check ins are great to keep you focussed and on track. At this time, I took the opportunity to re read the manual to serve as a reminder and to make sure I hadn’t missed anything. I don’t have Facebook so didn’t use the online community but that was just my personal preference.

Olly, Kim and Edelweiss are available to contact should you have questions, they offer their support throughout and have always replied to me immediately. I still have a way to go but very pleased with my progress so far. I’m really interested to see where I can go with this so have already signed up to Phase 2.

For me this wasn’t necessarily about looking a certain way or having visible abs, although granted those are a nice to have but who gets to see them anyway? This for me was and is about longevity. These last 12 weeks have been life changing! I truly enjoyed every facet of this programme. I have always been active and in shape, but with life happening I hit a slump with my health. I gained weight and started having major back issues. I knew I had to get back to an active and healthy lifestyle, but who has time?! I didn’t even know where to start, then I found Olly on Google! This programme was perfect for me for many reasons.

1. It fit my schedule- I was only in the gym for 1-1.5hrs the longest and I could work out any time of the day.
2. The workout routines are put together in the most simplest way. It’s like Olly’s right there with you.
3. I always felt confident in my caloric intake because I knew I could trust in Olly’s expertise.

“After being super motivated and really in to CrossFit going 5 times a week I had to drastically quit ALL exercise with a very bad sacroiliac joint pain due to my pregnancy. I could hardly walk or sit and let alone exercise, which made me very frustrated. The pain was stubborn and persisted even after my beautiful boy was born so when my partner suggested to do this program I was quite skeptical it would be suited to my condition and my motivation was low knowing I couldn’t do much.  I decided to try it out anyway.

Olly was from day 1 accommodating to my needs being careful with too low calorie intake due to nursing as well as finding exercises suitable for my condition when pain occurred.

The program was also set up to build up strength slowly which also seemed to be helpful as suddenly I could do most exercises without aggravating the pain. Now 12 weeks later I feel super motivated, I feel strong and excited to show my body, I feel I’ve learnt lots about my intake and how it affects my body and energy levels. It felt like Olly was always there with me to keep me motivated and the regular fortnightly reviews were helping me to stay focused. “The last 12 weeks have been hard work but brilliant. As a PT I am used to training most days,but having it fully prescribed,including tempo made sure I wasn’t within my comfort zone at any point. I signed up for this after I realised I had been trying to lose half a stone for a year…. and had made no progress!

What really changed for me was the diet – I really didn’t have any idea how many calories I was eating. Breakfast is a revelation – I used to make a fruit smoothie, or have oats, only to be hungry not long after. I no longer feel tired or lethargic after breakfast, and my digestion and bloating really improved. Courgetti with cottage cheese and smoked salmon is to die for! The recipe books were a huge help.

The support was also brilliant from Olly, Edel and Kim as well as the facebook group. Whenever I had a question Olly would invariably be back to me straight away, which I think is great service for the price.

I am itching to get started on Phase 2 and see what changes we can make!”

“I’ve been weight training for years and felt like I’d hit a plateau seeing no real improvement despite hours in the gym. I’d been following Olly and ART for a while and decided to give it a go.

The workouts were varied and challenging but I felt great afterwards. The key for me was the diet and macros. I never feel hungry and my whole attitude to food has changed. Cravings for sweet things have decreased and I’m now also choosing the more healthier options when eating out. “I never thought I would be able to  complete a 12 week body transformation without a personal trainer standing over me with every workout encouraging me to keep going. It just goes to show that with motivation, consistency and dedication you can do it. I did it.

The key is you’ve got to want it and you’ve got to be prepared to work for it. I have never wanted something more and I am so glad I’ve done it, I feel amazing and I don’t look too shabby either…!

This is by far the biggest thing I have done fitness wise and what an amazing feeling to have completed it. I found it challenging at times both physically and mentally, but motivation got me through it. Don’t get me wrong there were times where I wanted to just give up, but that would have been way too easy to throw in the towel every time it got a little hard.

I would say I really started to notice it by week 3 I am looking a bit leaner my muscles were tighter I was able to lift a bit more. I absolutely love training and that was by far the most enjoyable bit for me. As I said before nutrition is paramount and I was surprised at how quickly I wasn’t craving the junk food, I think because I had an end goal in mind it made it that bit easier.

The whole 12 weeks has been a huge learning experience for me, I have learnt a huge amount about training, nutrition, sleep and about myself too. I really can do anything I put my mind too and I for one am proud of myself proud of what I have achieved and the dedication I had throughout this programme. So, with that in mind I won’t stop here… I’m going to do the next phase to take my training further I’m doing ANOTHER 12 WEEKS!!”

“Having had a baby 7 months before starting the programme I’d been able to loose the baby weight however I’ve always preferred being lean which is why I needed to get back on the 12 week programme to get me there.  Whilst I’ve always known what it takes to get a lean physique diet and training wise, it’s the motivation and accountability that I was lacking which is what this programme is so great at providing.

Having to check in with Olly every two weeks with body measurements and photos really spurs me on to get down the gym even when I really don’t fancy it or ‘think’ I don’t have the time.  Being on this programme stops me making excuses which are all too easy to make.

It is a challenging programme, there’s a lot of planning involved when it comes to carving out time for the gym and getting the weekly food plan organised, however with a baby and a business to run I was unable to stick to the programme 100% of the time because life is hectic.  But that’s ok!  On this programme, flexibility is welcomed.  If you can’t make it down the gym 4 times a week, or you struggle to keep your diet in check on a couple of days, it’s ok!  Olly’s advice is ‘don’t beat yourself up over it, this if life, just get back on it and keep going.’

Having only been able to stick to the plan for 70-80% of the time, I’m thrilled with my results.  If I can find the time to do this programme then anyone can!”

“I’ve been weight training for about 3 years now but never really knew too much about nutrition and how to fuel my body correctly. I’d been following ART on Instagram for a while, contemplating to sign up for a good few months, so when I returned from my summer holiday I eventually took the plunge and signed up to the plan.

I remember starting the plan and thinking 12 weeks seemed such a long time! After the first few weeks I got into my stride with macros and calories and it all kinda became a way of life to me. Now do not get me wrong, it was a hard slog at times, sat around people regularly eating cakes, bread and crisps I was so close to caving and eating everything in sight but the will power I have achieved throughout this plan is out of this world! I focused on the end result, knowing that cake will taste even sweeter at the finish line! I loved the training side of the plan, it was so hard and pushed me to my limits (Deadtreads still break me), but at the end of my session and I could see my strength increasing each time I couldn’t wait to get back in the gym for my next session.

10.1 KG, just under 31 inches and 4.8% body fat drop later and I feel mighty bloody fabulous! Don’t get me wrong, I don’t have chiselled abs or any sign of a 6pack, but right now I am feeling so ridiculously happy in my own skin and in this day in age with a world full of the pressure social media presents I think this feeling is very hard to achieve! I can’t quite believe the 12 weeks are over!

The team are so supportive – no question I asked was a problem, and I do have the tendency to ask 100 questions! At each 2 week review Olly gave me guidance and support to ensure I kept making progress.  He’s the man! “The last 12 weeks on Olly’s programme has had its highs and lows. I had great results the first two weeks, got slightly complacent, let myself slip in weeks 2-4 but gave myself a good talking to and pulled up my socks for the remaining 8 weeks.

“I am really proud of my results with ART. I was looking for a weights based programme in order to loose weight. My reasons for choosing this plan over others on the market was that it was designed by a qualified and experienced personal trainer (rather than a celebrity/social media personality) and it was Olly himself who carried out the reviews and responded to queries.

“I’ve always been into fitness and being active but I just wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. So that is when I found Olly and the ART programme through social media, the idea of it being gym/weight based and the nutritional side of it really interested me.

The programme from start to finish is really well set out and the information provided is so comprehensive. The exercise videos were also brilliant and I have a new found love for weights/resistance training.
I like to have a healthy diet, so the food side of things wasn’t too much of a shift but still a challenge getting my head around the macro counting but after a couple of weeks I now have a better understanding about food and what works for my body more than ever, so it really is a lifestyle change and one that I am and will be continuing on.

“You know when you’re becoming out of shape and fluffy around the middle.

I was becoming increasingly anxious over my rapidly changing body shape and convinced myself it was my age, hormones and previous unhealthy diet programs that were to blame.

I came across Olly and the ART Program after listening to one of the Phil Learney pod casts.

The ART programme made me accountable to someone which was just what I needed. Sometimes it was tough mentally but I needed to change or stay the same, and I didn’t want to stay the same.

I had to make 1hr to 1.5 hrs available for each gym session but only 4 times per week with an optional 5th day. Olly offered alternative exercises when I needed them mainly due to my gym not having a certain piece of equipment, also if you’re new to weight training there are videos of each exercise for you to look at.

You will have to make time each week to prepare your food in advance. There is so much variety in the food choices it’s not all chicken and rice that would be awful. The ART recipes are fantastic especially the Cashew Butter Chicken. You don’t have to be a whizz in the kitchen either. Lots of the members travel away from home and manage the program. The Facebook support group are always on hand to give support, tips and motivation along the way.

I love training with weights and wish more Women would venture into the weights room and move away from the cardio machines, they would see such a positive change in their shape and confidence.

Everybody has different reasons for embarking on their 12-week challenge and I am happy that I have proved to myself that change in body shape is still possible not matter what stage of life you are at.”

“After overindulging during the summer and being in a rut in terms of training, I signed up for the 12 week ART plan. It turned out to be a great decision!

The training was so challenging but progressed at a good pace and I never got bored with workouts. “Having been into fitness, and choosing personal training as a career path, I’ve never struggled to be motivated for training, however the nutrition side has always been the struggle! After a sad start to my year, losing my dad, I got into bad habits with my nutrition, having up to 3 take aways a week!!

Suffice to say, this was leaving me feeling bloated, uncomfortable and low in energy, and I didn’t realise until doing his programme, this massively affected my mood. So I decided to give Olly’s programme a try and having followed him on Instagram, and my husband having successfully completed the programme last year.

I really enjoyed the training side and once I got used to completing the macros and calories on My fitness pal, it became a way of life! There were times, when I was socialising it was hard, but it was worth it and you just gain this amazing will power, remembering that cake isn’t going to go anywhere!!
I started to see a change after 6 weeks, my body was becoming leaner, my skin was looking better and most importantly my energy levels and moods were so much better!

“I don’t know where to start with this, as this whole 12-week experience has just been brilliant! I have always loved fitness and working out and cooking and nutrition however not quite known the right way to link it all together. After finding myself in a bit of a lull over the middle months of this year and having gained weight, (creeping up to over a stone heavier than I would have liked to have been) I was unhappy and so miserable about my overall appearance and weight. I couldn’t seem to pull myself out of this growing pit and after scrolling through social media and fitness websites I came across Olly and his programme.

I honestly couldn’t recommend this programme enough; it has completely changed my day-to-day life and overall happiness. I have absolutely fallen in love with the gym again, my passion for fitness is back and I now have the knowledge to aid and link it all together with the nutrition side of things. I also could not have done this without the Support of both Olly and Kim and the Facebook community. Having them on hand whenever you need them for a little motivational boost, or some useful tips and advice or just overall honest feedback and comments on exercises, meal prep and coping with the programme…you are never alone and I think that’s one of the best things! My mind-set has totally changed, I wake up early before work and get in the gym, or I come home tired from work but always have the energy for a session in the evening. I look forward to my meal prep days and taking the time to plan my food shops and what I’m going to eat the following week. By making it all exciting and fun, it takes away all the stress and it becomes part of your day-to-day living. I have learnt that weight is just a number, its how you feel on the inside that reflects on the outside. And feeding your body correctly makes you want to work harder and have the best outlook on working out. My journey may have only just re-begun, and I have new aims and goals of where I want to get to, but it’s certainly a lot better off now than when I started. “So I was on holiday with my friend Alison who looked amazing and she explained about the programme she had done and I thought I would like to try it. I saw some of the other transformations and thought I want in on this ASAP so as soon as we were off holiday I signed up and that was when the journey began.

Don’t get me wrong there have been days where I have struggled food wise, but Olly and Kim and the Facebook group are always on hand to get you back on track. I definitely feel my mindset on food has changed and the days where I went off track made me feel horrible so always felt better getting back on the healthy macros.

The training has been great hard work/ intense and frustrating (only because someone is on the machine I want!!) I have done all the work outs 100% which has opened my eyes to different training in the gym especially weights. I always felt it targeted the trouble areas women struggle with being bum, stomach, and thighs.

The one thing that really helps is the 2 week check in and the tweaks Olly makes to your programme making it feel even more personal and worth the money. Who says an online PT doesn’t work.

I’ve never been the most confident with my body but I feel the programme has really helped and I don’t mind what I see in the mirror so much anymore and I’m pleased with the transformation pics :)) I feel like this is only the start as I still have some work to do so I’m going to keep pushing myself and will sign up for phase 2.”

“I’ve done it I’ve got to the end of the 12wks!!! I’m not going to lie, for me some days/weeks have been hard physically & mentally but with the support of the team… Olly & Kim, the positive posts from the other members in the Facebook community group & the amazing support of my 9year old daughter, who told me every week I was looking better & my jelly belly was disappearing I got to the end and feel really pleased with my results.

In February this year I was diagnosed with severe arthritis after various appointments was told my only option is a full hip replacement but to put it off as long as possible due to my age. I got myself stuck into a rut, didn’t train, poor diet & basically felt sorry for myself. My consultant advised me to try everything I can to put it off, loose weight, keep fit & healthy.

I’d looked into the program & thought it’s now or never, signed up & never looked back. The training programme at times has been really difficult due to being in pain daily but I got focused & pushed through as much as I could. Some days I couldn’t complete the training but I didn’t give in, I rested and tried again the following day.

Being accountable to someone every two weeks helped to stay focused & the support was there whenever I needed it!

Once I’d got my head round Macros I found it straight forward & started to really enjoy eating healthier & correctly.

“I have been overweight and inactive since I was young. In adulthood I’ve found gyms and classes my only way to boost my physical activity and over eating continued to be a problem. About 4 years ago I finally plucked up the courage to attend a weights class and the weight fell off, but I continued to binge eat and wasn’t confident. I used gym classes to motivate me and was over doing it and not eating much after but continuing to ‘treat’ myself with food.

I found Olly through social media trying to find some inspiration for goal setting and self-motivation. I didn’t want to continue spending hours in the gym floating around and unfocused relying on others for sporadic advice and not pushing myself to achieve anything.

Through the plan and the support I’ve received from Olly and the ART community I have discovered the confidence to enter areas of the gym I’d avoided, focus on myself and what I’m doing, develop my nutritional knowledge and curb my cravings, and most of all found the support of some like minded people who share their highs and lows with you along the way.

“I am amazed with my results completely. The 12 week plan has been the best investment in myself that I have ever made, I have learnt what my body reacts well to and what it doesn’t need. My stomach problems are no more as my diet is so clean. I now know what I have to do in order to feel better, it is amazing what good nutrition can achieve and then adding in the exercise is amazing.

Looking at the before and after pictures I can’t believe how different I look, I still have a long way to go but if I can achieve this in 12 weeks them I am excited about the next year.

I want to thank Olly for helping me and being patient with all my questions and sometimes failures. The programme is exceptional and Olly should be extremely proud in creating a programme, which can change peoples lives completely.

I have suffered with my stomach since 2011 on going tests and cameras etc. The result of my issues means I have attacks that last 10-15 minutes they are like asthma attacks and means I cant breathe, it causes me major anxiety and makes me frightened to work out because I may have these attacks whilst exercising.

This year I found out I may have to have an operation but since I have started the diet and ate so much cleaner I have had no flare ups at all, in fact if I had known back in 2011 this is all it would have taken to stop it I would have done this all the way back then.

It’s a brilliant programme because you can adopt your own food choices with the diet requirements.”

“At the start of this year I looked at myself and thought I really have to sort my priorities out. I have always been in relatively good shape but had let a holiday end of last year, then Christmas and other social events take over my usual routine of healthy eating and training, which left me looking out of shape. I had also lost a lot of motivation and was about to throw in the towel and embrace my new curves and then I realised that I was turning 40 this summer and as a PT I really needed to be once again an inspiration to my own clients and to get back to being the healthier version of me.

My partner and I were both on the same page and knew we had to do something together. We had both seen Olly Fosters posts on his online training and being a well known and respected name in the business we knew we were in safe hands.

The 12 week programme was easy to follow, the training was hard but enjoyable and the results do speak for themselves. The training pack you receive at the start has lots of information and is well laid out. For those who are new to calculating your macros etc the pack explains how to calculate them and makes it very straight forward for everyone to understand. You have fortnightly check-ins with Olly where he reviews your macros and training etc so you always know exactly what you need to be doing. There is also a forum on Facebook with old and new clients posting all the time so you never feel like you are on your own.

There was times during the 12 weeks that I did find it mentally and physically challenging especially in the last couple of weeks but you have to trust the process and just do as your are instructed and everything falls into place. Not only has the programme given me back my old body. It has taught me a very important lesson that you should never take things for granted. You really do have to work at it and you will get results.

With my 40th only weeks away I am exactly where I want to be and will definitely be continuing on with Olly as to have that accountability has been key to my success.

I have been working out for a few years before I came to Olly, but felt that my training could be more targeted.

I have always struggled with my weight and have yo yo’ed for years. I was looking for something that would help me reduce my fat, lose weight and be able to sustain the weight loss.
Olly’s programme seemed to be perfect as it would not only teach me about the nutrition side – it would also give me a clear exercise programme that focused on weights (which I prefer to cardio!)
Ollys programme certainly lived up to my expectations and I was delighted how quickly the inches came off and how I felt SO much better.

I cannot express how much this programme changed my life – it really changed the way I think about food and I love going to the gym now that I’m much stronger and fitter.

“After returning from an over indulgent holiday, I was struggling to get back into a regular training routine.  I’ve enjoyed weight training for sometime now but found I was just training for the sake of training and without any real purpose.

I’ve also always been someone who struggled with their diet and sticking to a plan when only being held accountable to myself. The ART 12 week programme certainly covered every base in terms of what I needed.

12 weeks of training programmes, a detailed manual to help me develop a menu that suited me and the foods I like with online support whenever I needed it.

I am more than pleased with my results especially as I took this on with Christmas in the middle and have been given an education in nutrition that has enabled me to develop some eating habits that I’ll stick with.

The advice, support and encouragement has been amazing throughout and the recipe blog has helped the inner chef in me.  Being able to see others go through their journey too via the facebook group helped encourage me to persevere.

It hasn’t been easy but I’m a firm believer in getting out what you put in and with all the support and detail in the manual if anything was to go wrong then it would have purely been down to my will power.

I cannot fault this programme in the slightest and certainly do not intend to stop training with Olly.  For me,  the hardest part starts now with not undoing everything I’ve worked for in the past 12 weeks but for anyone out there thinking of taking this programme on, I cant recommend it enough and wish I’d found out about it earlier.

I had been training for around two years with the main aim of gaining some muscle definition, however I felt that although I was gaining strength I wasn’t seeing any definition.

I had tried various diets; some of them made up by me, focusing on eating what I thought was nutritious food and avoiding “unhealthy foods”.  This did not get me anywhere, I even went to a nutritionist and still had no results.

Whilst visiting London, I met with Olly, I told him I was frustrated because I just couldn’t burn off excess fat with the way I was eating. I thought with all the exercise I did it would be enough. I started working with Olly and began noticing changes after only a week had passed by.  I didn’t feel bloated anymore.

I then started to receive comments from my family and friends, saying that I looked leaner, more defined, and honestly I was feeling the changes and seeing them also.

Olly set my calorific intake based on my progress and I was thrilled that after only 2 months I was able to achieve the changes I wanted to see in my body.  I now enjoy what I eat, I am energized and I have never felt hungry.

Prior to the program I’d always enjoyed exercising, but never really knew what exactly I should be doing or if I was being the most effective in my workouts. I also didn’t know how best to eat for my goals.

After seeing the awesome results from the mens program, I knew I wanted to give it a go. The training program was brilliant; the workouts changed every few weeks which helped keep me focused.

Whilst on occasion it was tough, I loved the whole process. Just seeing my body change was enough to motivate me to carry on each week.

Olly was always on hand if I was unsure about something and was a real support throughout; having that constant contact, and someone to answer to, really makes a difference when you’re having a difficult day.

The online forum was another great way to voice general concerns, to encourage each other, and to share great tips.

I would recommend this program – and Olly – to anyone who is serious about transforming their physique, and learning about how to get there. It won’t be easy, and some sacrifices will need to be made, but the end result is definitely worth it.

I didn’t know what my body was capable of, and I feel like I’ve only just started – I’m looking forward to continue working with Olly and see where else I can go!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Olly and Action Reaction to people looking to make a serious change to their lifestyle. It is important to understand however that it isn’t just a case of investing money.

You have to invest your time, commitment and determination into this programme. You have to be prepared to understand what you are eating and how you are training and the impacts of both of these things.

You also have to be prepared to train through the pain! There is a saying that I once didn’t understand until progressing through this plan. “Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of failure.” Embark on this plan and this quote will make a lot of sense! Now, it makes me smile as I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I encountered a lot of personal challenges throughout this plan that without the encouraging support I received I would have given up quite easily.

Olly is on hand to offer just enough encouragement without prying into your problems to keep you focused and determined. Without a knowledgeable trainer like Olly behind me I would have given up. It was as simple as that.

Along with the obvious progress I made in my physique the most positive change for me was walking into a gym that better suited the plan. I have built a whole new group of friends of competitive training backgrounds, completely turning my personal life around.

Since training with Olly my life has turned a full 360. I couldn’t be more grateful and I have every intention of training with him again in the New Year.

Don’t expect it to be easy. Be realistic but don’t give up on your dreams. Train hard and achieve what you are after!
