This home workout is designed to help you get the most out of your body during this difficult period of gym closure. Although the home may not be as effective as a gym environment, I believe with this home program you can still make positive physical changes when combined with the nutritional information provided. It will also help to keep you in a positive frame of mind.
Since there are only so many exercises you can do with body weight, for this program you will require a set of dumbbells or a resistance band. Kettlebells may also be used if available.
Having these key pieces of equipment will give you more variety over the coming weeks. You can either purchase one or the other or both to mix things up a little more.
Weight of the dumbbells and strength of the resistance band all depends on your own current levels of strength. It would be extremely hard for me to determine which weight / band would be right for you without working with you personally.
There are 3 phases to the home workout program and each one is designed to last up to 4 weeks. Each phase consists of 1 full body weight session and 1 HIIT session (which I feel during this period is the ideal way to train) and if you have opted for the fortnightly review package (GOLD), changes to the workouts may be made based on progress and limitations.
