One of the things we want to talk about are our 12-week male transformation and 12-week female transformation programs.
We’ve put these together and seen tons of success with them, but if you’re considering your own training transformation, it’s good to understand why. We’re going to talk you through some of the keys to success on our transformation programs and why they’ve already helped so many.
You’ll even pick up some tips for your own training/planning along the way, so read on…
1) The time scale
The first thing you’ll notice about the 12 week body transformation is that – surprise, surprise – it takes 12 weeks.
This isn’t an accident, though. We didn’t just throw it together and hope it’d work: 12 weeks is a perfect balance of short-and long-term goals that will keep you accountable and motivated.
It’s easy to drop off when you’re looking too far into the future. How many people do you know who gave up on their new years resolution? Were you one yourself? This is a good example: we are too easy to forget long-term goals because they don’t actually happen in the foreseeable future.
Equally, a lot of people want to make huge change in almost no time. While 12 weeks is a short-term goal in some ways, it’s also not so near that you’re setting unrealistic goals.
2) Setting good goals
Your fitness goals should be short-term enough to get your ass out of bed and into the gym, but long-term enough that they’re realistic and give you something big to see for your hard work.
12 weeks – around 3 months – is enough time to achieve your own body transformation. This is why tons of our clients already have and it’s why they’re so impressed with their own results. You can run this kind of 12-week transformation 4 times a year and keep improving.
The timescale is pressure-enough to get you moving but not enough to demotivate you or set unrealistic expectations. Sitting in this sweet spot sets you up to succeed with your goals, and there’s no better start.
3) The training
The design of the training is well-rounded and this is what you need. Whether you’re coming to the 12-week transformation program with no experience, or you’ve been stalling in the gym and need extra guidance.
The approach is whole-body, sustainable gains, and designed to build up all kinds of athletic talents. Strength? Naturally. Muscle mass? That too. Fat loss? Sure thing.
The training plan benefits from the timescale since it allows you to develop effective training habits, mixes in a perfect amount of variety for you, and keeps you progressing and overloading throughout.
You can achieve tons of positive change in a 12-week period and you’re going to see significant change to your body and your performance over this program. We understand that people have different goals, but building a solid foundation is always central to achieving your long-term goals.
There’s obviously a focus on improving the physique, but the transformation program also helps to improve your strength and durability for sport, activities, and life. This could be the start of getting ready for a marathon, taking up heavy lifting, or just improving your 5-a-side performance.
The benefits are universal because the training is balanced, progressive, and it focuses on every aspect of your performance as a human. Build good habits, keep getting stronger, and everything will improve.
4) The diet
The basic dietary habits that come with the transformation program are the exact same that I teach in my personal training practice. They’re the keys to good nutrition – solid principles and great implementation – rather than just restriction and starving.
There’s no benefit to a diet that you hate – and we take that seriously. You need to improve your habits, and they’re going to bring the results, but it doesn’t have to be a dull chicken-and-broccoli lifestyle.
You can build an elite physique with moderation, good choices, and the information on what food does/is for. The 12-week transformation program is built on these principles: it teaches you how to eat, not just what to eat.
You can always hit up the recipe section if you want a healthy meal that tastes great. The point is to build a diet you could happily live on forever, rather than cycling between restriction and binging!
The support and guidelines are great for you, and they form the cornerstone of the amazing results we’ve seen with both the 12-week male transformation and 12-week female transformation. There are some differences, but they’re built on the same expertise and science.
5) The support
We’ve mentioned the support a few times now, but it’s a crucial factor in what you’re getting out of a good transformation program. It’s not just spreadsheets and information – it’s a supportive process with the transformation tribe and fortnightly check-ins.
For all intents and purposes, it’s a personal training package and a community structure. There’s a sense of accountability outside of yourself and a private forum to talk about your experiences, challenges, and offer perspective.
It also comes with a ton of information from exercise links to recipes, just to ensure you know what you’re doing at all times. It’s hard to get results when you feel alone or confused, so we prioritised making sure you’re always informed and surrounded by people who want to watch you win!
…and remember to support them when you’re winning, too!
This is obviously the key; the program works.
It’s easy to get demotivated with fitness when you feel alone, when the things you’ve been doing haven’t worked, or when you feel like you’re stalling.
The whole point of the 12-week transformation program is to provide effective change and support, ensuring better results. There’s really no way of not getting results from this program if you follow the information and guidance.
The science and the decades of experience are clear. If you’re ready to commit to positive change then the results themselves are certain – it’s just about getting the support, education, and structure that you’ve been lacking.
Whatever your level of experience, there’s a ton of value here and it’s for that exact reason that the training transformations have such rave reviews. It’s consistently effective, teaches lifelong habits, and provides clarity and simplicity in an industry that can be really hit-and-miss.
We like to cut through the bullshit, and that’s exactly why the 12-week body transformation program is so popular, and why we’re so proud of it.
