How To Cook:

  1. Preheat oven to 160°c Fan / 180°c Electric / Gas Mark 4
  2. In a small blow whisk together the honey, soy, sesame oil then set aside .
  3. In a large bowl add all the ingredients listed above under ball mixture, add ¾ of the honey & soy dressing, leaving some for glossing the balls after, then get in there with your hands and mix well. Using your hands form small balls and place onto a baking tray, you should be able to make 24 small balls.
  4. Using a pastry brush, brush the remaining honey & soy dressing over the top of the balls, sprinkle with sesame seeds and pour veg stock into the base of the tray so it covers just the bottom of the balls, this will prevent the balls drying out during cooking. Place in the middle of the pre-heated oven for around 18-20 mins until cooked through.
  5. Towards the end of the cook time, steam some of your favorite green veg then serve immediately with the balls.
