“I have been training for many years, yo’yo dieting I suppose, putting weight on, then losing it in a continuous cycle. I could never understand why, however through following this programme consistency with my diet and progressively reducing/increasing macros has a massive effect on what you get out of training.

The training routines were no nonsense sessions and keeping your rest periods to set timings provides the level of intensity required to make you leave the gym knowing you don’t have any more to give.
Properly enjoyed this and considering I only gave Olly 8 weeks to get me in shape  (with a 4 day stag do in between) I could not be happier with my results.
Id personally like to thank Olly and the team for helping me learn more within the 8 weeks of this programme than i have in the last 8 years of training alone.
