“The last 12 weeks on Olly’s programme has had its highs and lows. I had great results the first two weeks, got slightly complacent, let myself slip in weeks 2-4 but gave myself a good talking to and pulled up my socks for the remaining 8 weeks.

I have lifted weights, done HITT and eaten healthily for the past 5 years but never had results like I’ve had in the last 12 weeks. The programme is hard, there is no getting away from that. You need to be disciplined both in terms of the training and your diet but if you put the work in, you will see the results.
