“I never thought I would be able to  complete a 12 week body transformation without a personal trainer standing over me with every workout encouraging me to keep going. It just goes to show that with motivation, consistency and dedication you can do it. I did it.The key is you’ve got to want it and you’ve got to be prepared to work for it. I have never wanted something more and I am so glad I’ve done it, I feel amazing and I don’t look too shabby either…!

This is by far the biggest thing I have done fitness wise and what an amazing feeling to have completed it. I found it challenging at times both physically and mentally, but motivation got me through it. Don’t get me wrong there were times where I wanted to just give up, but that would have been way too easy to throw in the towel every time it got a little hard.

I would say I really started to notice it by week 3 I am looking a bit leaner my muscles were tighter I was able to lift a bit more. I absolutely love training and that was by far the most enjoyable bit for me. As I said before nutrition is paramount and I was surprised at how quickly I wasn’t craving the junk food, I think because I had an end goal in mind it made it that bit easier.

The whole 12 weeks has been a huge learning experience for me, I have learnt a huge amount about training, nutrition, sleep and about myself too. I really can do anything I put my mind too and I for one am proud of myself proud of what I have achieved and the dedication I had throughout this programme. So, with that in mind I won’t stop here… I’m going to do the next phase to take my training further I’m doing ANOTHER 12 WEEKS!!”
