“Having had a baby 7 months before starting the programme I’d been able to loose the baby weight however I’ve always preferred being lean which is why I needed to get back on the 12 week programme to get me there.  Whilst I’ve always known what it takes to get a lean physique diet and training wise, it’s the motivation and accountability that I was lacking which is what this programme is so great at providing.

Having to check in with Olly every two weeks with body measurements and photos really spurs me on to get down the gym even when I really don’t fancy it or ‘think’ I don’t have the time.  Being on this programme stops me making excuses which are all too easy to make.

It is a challenging programme, there’s a lot of planning involved when it comes to carving out time for the gym and getting the weekly food plan organised, however with a baby and a business to run I was unable to stick to the programme 100% of the time because life is hectic.  But that’s ok!  On this programme, flexibility is welcomed.  If you can’t make it down the gym 4 times a week, or you struggle to keep your diet in check on a couple of days, it’s ok!  Olly’s advice is ‘don’t beat yourself up over it, this if life, just get back on it and keep going.’

Having only been able to stick to the plan for 70-80% of the time, I’m thrilled with my results.  If I can find the time to do this programme then anyone can!”
