Fiona is 41, working full-time, busy mum of two children, who wanted to make a change. 

Below are her thoughts on why she wanted to take part in the programme and the impact it had on her life.

1) Why did you want to embark on the 12 week body transformation programme? 

I have always struggled with my weight and have yo yo’ed for years. I was looking for something that would help me reduce my fat, lose weight and be able to sustain the weight loss. Olly’s programme seemed to be perfect as it would not only teach me about the nutrition side – it would also give me a clear exercise programme that focused on weights (which I prefer to cardio!) Ollys programme certainly lived up to my expectations and I was delighted how quickly the inches came off and how I felt SO much better.

2) What were your initial concerns or reservations about doing the programme?

I was more excited than worried as I really wanted to change. I suppose my reservations were around being the biggest on the programme – but this didn’t matter at all – the Facebook group that was set up was so supportive and whilst I may have been the largest everybody had their own individual goals and we were all 100% behind each other. 


3) What were the goals you had in mind for yourself during the 12 weeks?

I wanted to feel better, get healthy, have an exercise programme that told me what I need to do and when – as well as a nutrition plan that was simple to follow. I believed if I had these 4 things then I would lose weight, reduce my fat and get fitter – which were my ultimate goals. 

4) How did you find the experience?

I cannot express how much this programme changed my life – it really changed the way I think about food and I love going to the gym now that I’m much stronger and fitter. I now realise that you do not have to starve yourself or spend hours in the gym to get the body you want.  The 12 weeks flew by and the support from Olly as well as the other participants was amazing. I was delighted not only with the aesthetic results – but also with how much better I felt.
