The 12 week body transformation programme for men will show you how to fuel your body in the right way, concentrating on the quantities of macros in each meal (macros being Fats, Protein, Carbohydrates). Example diets and a selection of meal ideas will be provided for each phase, however the aim is for you to build your own personalised daily nutritional plans which you will do throughout this 12 week body transformation programme as this is vital for your ongoing health and fitness goals.
During the programme a 5 phase Nutrition system will be used, each having it’s own unique effect on your body and performance:
Phase 1 – Ketosis
